I am a retired Civil Engineering Professor who has interacted with numerous building contractors who have constructed my residences over the years. Upland constructed my current residence, located in Stillwater Subdivision, Oconee County, SC. The house was completed on time and within budget. We have experienced no problems with the house over the years we have occupied it. The workmanship on our house was outstanding, due most likely to the fact that Kevin Collins employs highly skilled and experienced subcontractors.
